Despite her strong ties to Chanel and Gucci, Blake Lively struck out on her own when choosing her wedding dress.
Tying the knot with Ryan Reynolds in South Carolina over the weekend, the Gossip Girl star donned a custom Marchesa gown featuring a hand-draped silk tulle bodice adorned with crystal and rose gold embroidery.
Not surprisingly, her heels were courtesy of BFF Christian Louboutin.
Lively, who has stepped out in creations from the label founded by Keren Craig and Georgina Chapman before, also chose Marchesa’s custom-made blush silk chiffon gowns with crystal embroidery for her bridesmaids.
And what of the groom? Reynolds and his groomsmen cut dashing figures in suits from Burberry paired with leather suspenders.
The stunning newlyweds also picked up “something new” at the wedding: Lorraine Schwartz wedding bands. Aw!
