Buh-bye, blonde! Summer's color craze has claimed yet another fair-haired star.
While golden girls Scarlett Johansson and Blake Lively have gotten crimson makeovers, 20-year-old Oscar nominee Jennifer Lawrence is following Carey Mulligan's lead by going brunette.
Like Mulligan—who went back to brown for her new play, Through a Glass Darkly—Lawrence's latest look is for a role. The Winter's Bone actress portrays heroine Katniss Everdeen in the upcoming film adaptation of the blockbuster book trilogy The Hunger Games. (Lively and Johansson's transformations are also for the sake of Hollywood.)
The X Men: First Class star showed off her chocolate-brown hair—styled in sexy, center-parted waves—as she hit The Late Show with David Letterman on May 19 in a body-hugging blue Altuzarra dress paired with vampy black Alexandre Birman heels.
