Burberry Fall 2011 Campaign - Sneak Peek
After wowing us with a series of photogenic couples (including Tali Lennox and Tara Ferry) for its Brighton, England-shot Spring 2011 campaign, Burberry is inviting more people into the party with its just-released Fall 2011 ads.
Go-to photographer Mario Testino moved from the beach to London's Royal Park Studios for the striking shoot, which sees a collection of models showcasing designer Christopher Bailey's autumnal-hued outerwear, spotted fur caps, and oversized satchels.
''I was inspired by iconic British portraits and our own archive campaigns from the late 1960s of Jean Shrimpton using her trench coat to shelter herself from the poetic and romantic British weather," Bailey says in a press statement. "We wanted to create a group of portraits celebrating British actors, musicians, and models.''
For June, the group includes Cara Delevingne and Jourdan Dunn (both featured in the Spring 2011 ads), plus actresses Felicity Jones and Amber Anderson, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides actor Sam Claflin, musician Matthew Whitehouse, and models Edie Campbell, Johnny George, Jake Cooper, Thomas Penfound, and newcomer Molly Smith.
