Jennifer Aniston, Demi Moore, and Alicia Keys on the October cover of Glamour

Three's a crowd? Not when it involves Jennifer Aniston, Demi Moore, and Alicia Keys.

The superstar trio has landed on the October cover of Glamour, which sees them posing for lensman Alexei Hay in simple white tops paired with blue jeans.

So, what brings these gorgeous women together? A good cause. Each has directed a series of short films, called Five, for Lifetime, which will explore the lives of those impacted by breast cancer.

"We need to go at this Medusa [breast cancer] with all the firepower we’ve got, from research and legislation, to awareness and early detection, to support groups and compassion for everyone who walks through this," says Aniston, who sports a white Splendid tank paired with Hudson Jeans and Fred Leighton jewelry. "We need to show up for them, to talk to them, to not be afraid."

The actress also opens up about making it in Hollywood ("I don't want to get too used to any of this because then entitlement sets in, and that's the kiss of death"), what she's looking for in a man ("equality, generosity, integrity, spirit, kindness, and humor ... and awesomeness"), and being comfortable with growing older.

"Being this side of 40 feels like what I should have felt being this side of 25: in my body, in my heart, happy with my life, and OK with whatever bumps in the road present themselves," she says.

It also means less drama than the tabloids might suggest.

“There’s not nearly as much stealing and obsessing and middle-of-the-night secret calls to ex-boyfriends and scheming and cheating [as they lead you to believe]," says Aniston. "Most of it’s just bull---t, however entertaining.”

Triple threat: The stars go casual for a cause in Glamour.

Speaking of relationships, Moore—clad in an 180 by Jean Yu tank, Levi's jeans, and jewelry from Cartier and Jack Vartanian—is happy to dish about what works for her and husband Ashton Kutcher.

“I’m an old-school romantic, so I get giddy when Ashton shows me another way of saying ‘I love you’—any little thought or gesture that’s playful or sweet," she says. "We leave Post-it notes for each other; some have been sticking up for five or six years! For me, it’s the small things.”

Keys, meanwhile, says it's her infant son Egypt who gets her heart racing, though her marriage to Swiss Beatz doesn't sound too shabby, either.

"It’s beautiful because rarely, I think, do you find a relationship where you can experience things equally," says the singer, wearing a T by Alexander Wang shirt, J Brand jeans, De Beers bracelets, and an Ippolita bangle benefiting breast cancer awareness. "In fact, I think that’s my favorite word and the most important word when it comes to relationships: equality. And that’s what we’ve been able to find. We encourage each other equally. We’re excited for each other."

All together now: Awwwwwww.
