Mario Testino will photograph Kate Moss's July 2 wedding.

It seems Mario Testino just might have a whole new career as a wedding photographer. After shooting the official engagement portraits of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, the lensman has been hired to snap the upcoming nuptials of longtime collaborator Kate Moss.

According to the iPad-only newspaper The Daily, Testino—who recently photographed a nude Moss for the cover of Vogue Brasil—will be on camera duty when the supermodel exchanges vows with rocker Jamie Hince on July 2. Testino told the paper he wants to “capture the happiness that Kate is going through at the moment.”

We don’t care what he captures, as long as it includes Moss’s wedding gown, which remains as much of a mystery as that of Testino’s other client, the former Miss Middleton.

Bad boy John Galliano was the hands-on favorite to design Moss’s dress but was thought to be dismissed following a February incident in which he was accused of hurling anti-Semitic remarks at a couple in Paris. Though everyone from Yves Saint Laurent’s Stefano Pilati to Moss herself have since been rumored to be crafting her wedding wear, the New York Daily News reports that Galliano’s boyfriend, former Dior fashion consultant Alexis Roche, will oversee the gown’s design.

Regardless of who gets the honors, we’re pretty sure Moss won’t show up to the ceremony looking like Grace Kelly.
