Kate Moss Tipped for ‘Ab Fab’ Film
Get ready for this, sweetie: Kate Moss may be reuniting with Eddie and Patsy!
Absolutely Fabulous star Jennifer Saunders has revealed that the supermodel—who recently joined Stella McCartney and David Gandy for a cameo in an Ab Fab sketch for Sport Relief—could be gearing up for a role in an upcoming film adaptation of the beloved British comedy.
"Kate got on so well with the team, we'd love to work with her again," Saunders, who plays slave to fashion Eddie Monsoon, tells Closer. "Kate's lovely. She behaved so nicely and was such a sweet person. There was no nonsense. We've done stuff with Kate before and she's been wonderful, so it was great to work with her again. She is honestly probably the least precious person we've had on. I suppose it's because she doesn't have all those hang-ups about her looks like other people. She just threw herself into it and it was wonderful."
Co-starring Joanna Lumley as the champers-swigging, beehive-rocking Patsy, the film will see our favorite British glamour girls—and Alexis Bittar campaign stars—vacationing on the French Riviera.
Will Moss turn up as a tragically hip tourist?
"I'm currently writing the movie, so watch this space," Saunders says.
