Sneak Peek - Francisco Costa For Calvin Klein at Macy’s
Brace yourself for another miracle on 34th Street.
Following a hot streak that's seen collaborations with the likes of Karl Lagerfeld, Doo.Ri, Matthew Williamson, and Alberta Ferretti, Macy's has tapped Calvin Klein creative director Francisco Costa for a limited-edition dress capsule collection priced from $135 to $180.
Costa called on his Brazilian heritage for the affordable line of crepe and jersey frocks, designed exclusively for the retailer's "A Magical Journey to Brasil" campaign launching in stores and online on May 15. Brazil's sunsets inspired a palette of guava, orange clay, and warm cocoa, while an array of soft neutrals (marble, cement, steel, iron, black) and metal-detailed belts provide that contemporary Calvin Klein aesthetic.

“I am excited and proud to participate in Macy’s special campaign highlighting my native Brazil,” Costa says in a press release. “This fresh, youthful line of dresses reflects both my roots and the modern, yet timeless spirit of Calvin Klein.”
"Given our on-going and long-standing relationship with Macy’s, we are honored to participate in this unique, multi-layered promotion and celebration of Brazil," adds Calvin Klein president and CEO Tom Murry.
"In addition to Francisco Costa’s first-ever dress capsule, Macy’s consumers will see a vibrant range of men’s and women’s apparel items from the existing Calvin Klein line, designed by Kevin Carrigan, as well as a selection of underwear, shoes, and accessories.”
