If you're going to deliver a collection inspired by French gamine types, who better to call on than Garance Doré?

Fresh off her lovey-filled Tiffany & Co. campaign, the French street style photographer brought her whimsical fashion illustrations to Kate Spade's Fall 2012 presentation, where her stylishly sketched females appeared on colorful skirts, tops, and even the walls.

"Garance has a slouchy-chic aesthetic that added a certain je ne sais quoi to this collection," Kate Spade creative director Deborah Lloyd wrote in the show notes, calling the style muse "one of our favorite girls about town."

Doré, who also recently starred in a campaign/dance video for Le Petit Bateau, was on hand to admire the finished results, which were styled by new hire Brad Goreski.

Boy, does this label know how to recruit, or what?
