Scent-sational! Oscar de la Renta's new Live in Love fragrance and ad campaign
Ready to splash on some joie de vivre?
Oscar de la Renta—who's been busy making his much-welcome return to perfume—will launch Live in Love, a new fragrance for women inspired by "passion for life," in October.
"The scent is a reflection of the woman who lives each day with joy, whose life is filled with beauty and inspiration," his label says in a press statement. "For her, there is no other way to live—she loves life."
And this classic floral should make that life even more enjoyable. Bright yet complex, it boasts top notes of sparkling ginger orchid, bergamot, lush hyacinth, green muguet, and galbanum; a heart of jasmine sambac, orange flower, and rose; and a base of creamy white woods, sensual musk, amber, sandalwood, and cedarwood.
De la Renta himself designed the fragrance's faceted glass bottle, which represents the many dimensions of a woman's life.
Retailing from $58 to $98 ($49 for body lotion), the eau de parfum will be available in select department stores, at Oscar de la Renta boutiques, and on OscardelaRenta.com.
