Burberry Body Fragrance Revealed
You’ve seen the Body ... now check out the bottle.
After wowing us with its nearly nude campaign starring Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Burberry Body is dazzling us with the fragrance itself.
Not surprisingly, the label’s signature plaid comes into play, with the sleek, jewellike bottle boasting a radiant rose-gold—matching the liquid inside—engraved “check.”
Described as “feminine and effortlessly sensual,” the fragrance features top notes of green absinthe, freesia, and illuminating peach; a heart of natural rose, iris, and sandalwood; and a woody cashmeran, creamy vanilla, musk, and sensual amber base.
But don’t take our word for it. Get a whiff for yourself by scoring an exclusive sampling via a “bespoke application" available to the brand's Facebook fans.
“We want you guys to be the first to be able to experience it, and so we’re doing our sampling directly to you, exclusively before anyone else,” creative director Christopher Bailey says in a video message to fans.
Don’t mind if we do. For the rest of the world, the scent will launch in September.
