Rihanna Spends $23,000 a Week on Her Hair?

According to insiders, Rihanna's flame-hued hair doesn't come cheap, costing the pop star £14,000 (about $22,700 U.S.) per week to maintain, the Daily Mail reports.
The new Emporio Armani recruit, who has changed up her hair 13 (and counting!) times since going bright red in November, reportedly pays star stylist Ursula Stephens a hefty £2,000 (about $3,245 U.S.) per day to keep her looking well-tressed.
"Rihanna likes to pioneer new styles but it’s costing her a fortune," a member of her entourage told the British newspaper, citing the singer's transition from wild curls to long extensions.
"She makes several public appearances a week, and the cost soon stacks up. Ursula is a close confidante and they are together all the time. You have to wonder why she insists on keeping such an expensive member of her entourage on the payroll 24/7. Most of these costs are paid for by her management."
