Proenza Schouler's Heading to Soho

This year has been an upward spiral of success for Proenza Schouler! They opened their first flagship store on Manhattan's swanky Madison avenue, announced plans to create a footwear line with Iris SpA, and now rumor has it the Proenza boys are looking for retail space in NYC's Soho!
According to WWD, Jack and Laz are looking at a space on Greene Street, which means they'll be neighbors with Melissa shoes, Kirna Zabete, and Asos's first US office.
Maybe if the neighbors get cozy enough we'll have a Proenza x Asos collection by next Christmas!
Or is that just wishful thinking....?
