Proenza Schouler Store to Open on Madison Avenue?

Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez hinted at a forthcoming retail space back at Teen Vogue’s Fashion U in October—and now it looks like we’re one step closer to a Proenza Schouler store.
Downtown types may just have to make that trek past 14th Street, as Women’s Wear Daily reports that the designers may be looking at Madison Avenue for their first boutique, which is slated to open next year.
“We found a space that we’re really excited about and are working with a badass architect,” Hernandez said back in October, adding that it won’t just be your average boutique. “It’s got to have some artistic merit,” he stated.
