PPR Rumored To Invest in Christopher Kane

More fuel for fashion gossip: Industry inside sources say PPR is apparently looking to invest in London-based brand Christopher Kane.
Christopher Kane has been the focus of recent industry shake-ups and rumors; he parted ways with Versace's sister brand Versus and was simultaneously linked to the creative director position at Balenciaga.
The luxury fashion group, helmed by Francois-Henri Pinaul, includes such storied fashion houses as Yves Saint Laurent, Gucci, Stella McCartney and Alexander McQueen.
According to WWD, PPR is looking to expand and incorporate more British-based brands, and they have held discussions with the Scottish-born designer about financial backing for the young label.
