Following her cover turns for Harper's Bazaar and Elle U.K., the pop star has surfaced on the October issue of Marie Claire, revealing her enviable abs in all of their rock-hard glory.
Hard to believe she's had two kids and eased up her workouts, huh?
"This last year I kind of stopped working out," Stefani says. "I think my body just needed a break. And so I did that, and focused more on feeling good as opposed to beating myself up."
Could have fooled us! Rocking a dramatic topknot (aka "fun bun") and designs from Jason Wu, Alice + Olivia, Rag & Bone, Naeem Khan, Donna Karan New York, and Current/Elliott, the singer admits that she's also laying low where her L.A.M.B. fashion line is concerned.
"I have learned to delegate," she says, posing for photographer Peggy Sirota. "It still looks awesome, but did I pick out the buttons? No, I didn't. I missed the last two Fashion Weeks because they were when school started; I can't miss the first week of kindergarten."
Stefani also opens up about her marriage ("my biggest accomplishment"), and her unsuccessful attempt to have a third child, which she has since made peace with.
"Everything works out how it should," she tells the magazine. "You can’t plan anything, right? You can try.”
