Kate Middleton Trumps Lady Gaga as Top Fashion Buzzword

“Kate Middleton” tops fashion buzzwords list.
We just can't get enough of Kate Middleton, it seems.
The royal bride-to-be has topped a list of fashion buzzwords, according to research from Global Language Monitor, the New York Observer reports.
Middleton—who has already spawned a nail polish, a T-shirt, and a craze for all things Issa London and Reiss—is the most buzzed-about fashion phrase this season, beating out "Lady Gaga," "sheer," "shirtdresses," and "sustainable style," which also ranked in the top five.
"Kate dethrones Lady Gaga as the No. 1 fashion buzzword for the upcoming season, reaching a crescendo on the occasion of her April 29th wedding to Prince William," the firm says in a release.
