Gucci has opened its first children's boutique.

Gucci Gucci goo ...

The Italian fashion house has just opened its first-ever dedicated children's boutique in North America on New York City's Fifth Avenue.

Boasting 1,443 square feet, the eco-friendly space was conceived by creative director Frida Giannini and features warm ivory tones, rose gold finishing, and, of course, giant teddy bears.

(In honor of its début, gold balloons are being distributed to pint-sized shoppers.)

And what of the fashion? Catering to babies aged 0 to 24 months and children from 2 to 8 years old, there's a wealth of beyond adorable and stylish clothing, shoes, small leather goods, and accessories like jewelry, sunglasses, scarves, and blankets.

The luxe label's Holiday 2011 collection takes inspiration from the English countryside, with a lovely palette of earthy dark green and orange mixed with beige and pale grey.

Surely Junior and little Madison would look adorable in riding boots and macs, or perhaps a tux and velvet party dress?

After all, it's never too early to start them on Gucci.

As for you parents, check out the full, adult-sized Spring 2012 collection.
