Kim Kardashian Talks Kanye and Plastic Surgery With InStyle U.K.

Can't get enough of Kim and Kanye? You're in luck.

The reality star rocks smokey eyes and a sheer black number for the August cover of InStyle U.K., which sees her sounding off on her recent divorce (perhaps you've heard about it) and her love for Kanye West.

"We know what we are to each other," she says of her new boyfriend. "We've had a deep friendship for so long and that's the start of a really good relationship."

Apparently that wasn't the case with ex Kris Humphries, who Kim insists she married for love before having a divorce that "dragged out" due to the filming of her reality show. (For the record, they were married for 72 days.)

The bombshell also manages to squeeze in a little self-promotion for the sultry desert shoot lensed by Nino Munoz, modeling designs from her own Kardashian Kollection and Belle Noel lines, plus a curve-hugging red sheath from Antonio Berardi, belted Victoria Beckham dress, black viscose dress from Donna Karan, and a seafoam green Roland Mouret dress. She looks stunning, but wants to clear up any rumors that she's not entirely all-natural. For now, anyway.

"It's crazy that people think I've had my nose, cheeks, and lips done," she tells the magazine. "It's just not the case. I'm not against plastic surgery. I will definitely need a boob lift after I have kids. Who knows if I will want to do my face one day? My mom did it, I told her to do it."

In the meantime, the star trains with Gunnar Peterson and is trying to fight off cravings for sweets.

"When you have curves, you are a cheesburger away from looking heavy," she says.

So what's next for Kardashian? Glad you asked.

"In three years, I see myself moving into acting and designing and I'd like to start a family," she reveals. "In 10 years, I hope to still be designing and in 20 years, I'll be happily living on a farm somewhere far away," adding that by "farm" she means a "luxurious villa in Tuscany."

Will Kanye still be in the picture? Only time will tell!
