Lady Gaga’s Mugler Film
Gaga with a gap? Didn't see that one coming.
No stranger to unconventional beauty trends (gray hair, facial prosthetics), Lady Gaga is now sinking her teeth into a fake overbite with a prominent gap for her latest project: a short film that aired during her good friend Nicola Formichetti's Mugler Spring 2012 runway show in Paris.
In case you missed it, the short—directed by go-to photographers Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin—sees the Barneys collaborator flaunting her Lindsey Wixson-esque dental makeover along with high pigtails (reminiscent of their Asian-inspired shoot for V) and just a touch of makeup.
Credited as musical director, Gaga softly talks about her heart sometimes feeling black, then rainbow-colored, which is fitting given that the highlights in her hair make the same color transformation throughout the video.
Then things get a little ... aggressive.
"I'm Mugler woman," she proclaims. "Don't f--k with me ... She will hate you, Mugler woman."
Can't wait to see what Cathy Horyn makes of this!
