Lady Gaga to Walk Mugler Runway
Guess who's walking the walk?
Lady Gaga, that's who. The pop star has announced via Twitter that she will be supporting stylist pal Nicola Formichetti in his first womenswear collection for Mugler with a star-studded turn on the runway.
“I’m making my début as a runway model, walking in the MUGLER PARIS FASHIONSHOW 3/2," the MAC campaign star tweeted.
And while the catwalk cameo could signal that Gaga—currently starring on Vogue's March cover—has supermodel aspirations, the singer's contributions aren't limited to stomping down the runway.
"I directed the show music, previewing Government Hooker," adds Gaga, who wears Mugler knife shoes, technical chiffon, and a tuxedo in her wild new video for "Born This Way."
One thing's for sure—between the Dior drama and this, Fall 2011 Paris Fashion Week is going to be one for the record books.
