People Magazine Names Beyoncé World’s Most Beautiful Woman
Hate to break it to you, JLo, but you're no longer the World's Most Beautiful Woman.
That distinction now belongs to Beyoncé, who has been named 2012's top beauty by the powers that be at People.
Gracing the magazine's latest issue in a frilly white gown and chunky turquoise jewelry, the new mother credits daughter Blue Ivy with boosting her body confidence.
"I feel more beautiful than I've ever felt because I've given birth," the pop star tells the magazine. "I have never felt so connected, never felt like I had such a purpose on this earth ... The best thing about having a daughter is having a true legacy. The word 'love' means something completely different now."
And from the sounds of it, Sasha Fierce isn't the only looker in the family.

"She's just the cutest thing," Beyoncé says of her baby, who "looks like Blue ... she's her own person."
Of course, this being Hollywood, there's plenty of looks-worshipping to go around. The issue—which hits newsstands April 27—also pays tribute to big-name beauties like Kate Middleton, Charlize Theron, Sofia Vergara, Michelle Williams, Christina Hendricks, Madeleine Stowe, Lily Collins, Paula Patton, and Miranda Lambert.
We won't hate them for being beautiful ... but is it okay to feel a twinge of jealousy?
