Beyoncé Wears Alice by Temperley in First Post-Baby Appearance

Beyoncé may have named her baby girl Blue, but she was all about the red in her first public appearance since giving birth in January.

Already back to bootylicious form, the pop star stepped out in Alice by Temperley's scarlet-hued Molina dress for a February 6 event honoring husband Jay-Z's upcoming performances at New York City's Carnegie Hall.

Part of the Cruise 2011 collection, the red-hot number's ruched design was perfect for highlighting those post-baby curves, while smooth and sleek locks, a gold Alexander McQueen clutch, jewelry from Lorraine Schwartz and Ofira, and embroidered Christian Louboutin heels completed the high-glam look.

What, like she was going to come out in yoga pants?
