When it comes to our hair, high-maintenance doesn’t even begin to cut it. (Ever hear the one about Rihanna’s $23,000 a week ‘do?) But diamond and truffle shampoo?
U.K. department store Harrods offers a seriously luxe treatment at its Urban Retreat spa, which includes a shampoo and condition with Truffle by Fuente products and a blowout. The tab? £320, or $499 at current exchange rates.
What makes the treatment oh-so-special are the secret ingredients in the Truffle products, which according to Racked include “the skin of white truffle, pure diamond dust and meteorite dust from space."
According to Kiss & Makeup, blowout recipients get to take home a full-sized Truffle by Fuente shampoo and conditioner—worth about $430 for the pair—so that $500 price tag is practically a steal.
