Gorgeous gems, bold-faced names, and even Cartier-branded champagne? (Yep, that’s a real thing.) Just another night at the Cartier Mansion in New York City.

Revelers gathered at the glamorous brand’s Fifth Avenue flagship on Thursday night for the launch of Juste Un Clou, a collection based on the original 1971 nail bracelet designed by the late jewelry designer Aldo Cipullo—the man responsible for a little thing you might have heard of called the Love Bracelet. In honor of the occasion, an exhibition of show-stopping vintage Cartier pieces were on display for guests like Charlotte Casiraghi, Glenda Bailey, Karlie Kloss, and Chanel Iman to peruse—while sipping their Cartier champagne, of course.

The unconventional baubles (who knew a nail could be so glamorous?) inspired some jewelry creativity on the parts of the partiers as well.

“I’m wearing a Cartier earring that I just got a few weeks ago,” Arizona Muse told FashionEtc, pointing out a sparkling diamond dangler. But just one? “I have the other one, too—it’s just at home!”

“She starts every trend,” laughed her date for the evening, Jason Wu.

Rita Ora takes the stage at the after party.

Post-fête, the likes of Lily Collins and Olivier Theyskens decamped downtown for the after party, where guests took in a performance by Rita Ora. And was that... Beyoncé and Jay-Z watching the show from the balcony? It was indeed. (Turns out Ora is something of a new protégé of Jay's.) Baby Blue Ivy may be too small for one of those nails, but you’re never too young for a little Love Bracelet…
