Despite the fashion industry being predominantly female dominant, only six women made over $5 million. Ralph Lauren's executive vice president, Jackwyn Nemerov, topped the list with a total pay of $12,091,129, while Target's executive vice president/president of merchandising, Kathryn Tesija, ranked in at the bottom with $6,034,418 in pay.
As for the top earning male — J.C. Penney CEO, Ron Johnson made a whopping $53.3 million in the past year which is close to $40 million more than the highest paid female. Yikes!
