Never mind all that controversy about whether or not a body double was used for Rihanna's steamy Emporio Armani Underwear film—the fashion house's just-released Fall 2012 campaign has all the (visual) drama we need.
Giorgio Armani has reunited with photography duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott as well as male model Simon Nessman, all of whom worked on Spring 2012's shoot. This time around, however, platinum-tressed Milou Van Groesen and those chilly beachfront backdrops have been replaced by French beauty Aymeline Valade and a series of stark black and white images that let Armani's tailoring take center stage.

The ads have a timeless appeal, with Nessman donning classic suits paired with crocodile-skin accessories while Valade strikes an Irving Penn-esque silhouette.
Still, it wouldn't be a Mert and Marcus shoot without a jolt of color. The campaign also includes color-saturated shots that see Valade rocking hot pink trousers and a leather-lapeled blazer against a fiery orange background.
