British Fashion Awards 2011: The Winners
The Duchess of Cambridge may not have made an appearance at the British Fashion Council’s 2011 British Fashion Awards on November 28, but there was still plenty of star power in the house.
Kate Hudson (in Stella McCartney), Marc Jacobs, Kate Moss, Georgia May Jagger, Olivia Palermo (in Matthew Williamson), Colin Firth and even British First Lady Samantha Cameron came out to support the industry and toast the big winners of the night, including Sarah Burton, Stella McCartney, and Victoria Beckham.
As for that contentious British Style Award? Alexa Chung, who wore Christopher Kane, bested Catherine for the prize, making this her second consecutive win.
