Lauren Hutton, Martha Stewart Guest-Edit J.Crew Holiday Gift Guide
J.Crew is offering a new spin on its 2011 holiday gift guide thanks to a few thoughtful (and stylish) friends. Perhaps you've heard of Lauren Hutton and Martha Stewart?
Jenna Lyons has called upon the legendary model and domestic diva, along with designer John Derian, artist Alex Katz, photographer Mei Tao, adorable brother-and-sister Crewcuts models Bella and Roman, eyewear designer Selima Salaun, and model Armando, to contribute to this year's Guest-Edited Wish Lists.
"These are people that have always been an inspiration to us in each of their crafts," vice-president of women's design Tom Mora tells FashionEtc. "They are unique in what they create and we wanted to celebrate them this season to find out what makes their holidays so special to them."
Stewart, who calls her granddaughter Jude the best present ever, has her eye on the retailer's vintage pajama set, cashmere socks, Nordic sweaters, and pink patent loafers.
Meanwhile, J.Crew model Hutton looks eager to brighten up the holidays with her colorful picks, including a pink silk Blythe blouse, red Minnie pants, teal snood, and blue leather gloves.
We're also loving Salaun's Heart Me sweater, Tao's glittery Mona pumps, and Bella's party girl floral collar ... provided, of course, we can find it in our size.
