AnOther Magazine Taps Top Designers to Create 'Ultimate Birthday Cakes'

AnOther Magazine has commissioned cakes from top designers.
A few lucky designers are having their cake and dressing it too.
To celebrate its 10th birthday, AnOther Magazine has paired Gareth Pugh, Christian Louboutin, Lanvin's Alber Elbaz, Vivienne Westwood, Calvin Klein's Francisco Costa, Givenchy's Riccardo Tisci, Philip Treacy, Burberry's Christopher Bailey, Missoni's Angela Missoni, and Gucci's Frida Giannini with top cake designers in order to create "the ultimate birthday cakes," Fashionista reports.
Dubbed "Eat the Designers," the tasty exhibition will be on display at London's Selfridges department store during London Fashion Week.
“We want this project to inspire our readers and the public with the insane possibilities of what can be achieved at the highest level in bringing fashion and food together,“ AnOther editor Jefferson Hack said.
