Lara Stone Stars in First-Ever Calvin Klein Collection Commercial
Lara Stone is coming to the small screen.
The Dutch supermodel will star in the first-ever Calvin Klein Collection commercial, scheduled to air during Sunday's Golden Globes broadcast, the label has announced.
Directed by Fabien Baron, the ad was filmed in La Jolla, California, and features Stone and male model Tyson Ballou in a variety of sleek black and white Calvin Klein designs as they sensually move from the pool to the open road to an airplane to the bedroom.
“Our aim was to produce a luxury lifestyle commercial showcasing our Calvin Klein Collection products," Calvin Klein president and CEO Tom Murry says. "It elegantly features men's and women's apparel and accessories, as well as items from our home collection.
“I believe the creative conveys the message that Calvin Klein Collection—our halo brand, positioned at the top of our global brand pyramid—is modern, timeless, luxurious and sexy.”
Several versions of the commercial are set to broadcast during primetime shows on ABC, NBC, Fox, and CNN, as well as on NYC Taxi TV.
But if that's not enough Stone for your liking, take heart: The gap-toothed beauty is also starring in the print campaigns for Calvin Klein Collection and ck Calvin Klein, both shot by photography duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.
