Kate Moss to Wear 10 Wedding Dresses in Vogue’s September Issue
Kate Moss may have said "I do" in a John Galliano-designed vintage lace gown, but it’s not the only wedding dress the newlywed has slipped into of late.
According to the New York Post's Page Six, the supermodel was photographed in numerous wedding dresses created especially for her to wear in Vogue’s September issue, which Moss also fronts.
Oscar de la Renta, Vera Wang, and Valentino are among the high-fashion designers who reportedly participated in the story after being personally asked by Anna Wintour to imagine the dress they’d most like to see Moss wear for her wedding.
"Kate is on the cover, but the wedding is the minor part of the story,” a source revealed to the Post. “Anna told about 10 designers to pick out their ideal dresses for Kate."
Mario Testino—who captured the blonde beauty’s actual nuptials in England earlier this month—also shot the top-secret spread, which is being compared to Carrie Bradshaw’s wedding-themed shoot for Vogue in the Sex and the City movie.
The rice has been pitched, but it looks like fashion’s wedding fever has yet to die down…
