La la la la la la la la la la la ... Smurfette models the best Fall 2011 accessories in Harper's Bazaar.
She’s blonde, she’s blue, she’s fabulous ... deal with it.
Anne Hathaway may have snagged the cover of Harper’s Bazaar’s August issue, but it’s a diminutive darling by the name of Smurfette who rules the magazine’s inside pages.
Coinciding with the July 29 film premiere of The Smurfs, the fashion magazine has cast the cartoon cutie in a fashion spread devoted to the best accessories of Fall 2011.
Produced by features/special projects director Laura Brown with still photography from Jeffrey Westbrook, the too-cute-for-words shoot sees Smurfette rocking black-and-white polka-dotted finds from Marc Jacobs, a wide-brimmed Lanvin topper, star-detailed Dolce & Gabbana clutch, and—look away, kids—Louis Vuitton’s ultra-sexy blood-red knee-high boots, leather tote, and doorman's cap.
Wow. With swag like this and that sassy attitude, she’s hands-down the best-dressed girl in the village (tough competition, we know).
For more Smurfette, visit Harper’s Bazaar online and pick up the August issue, out July 12.
Meanwhile, check out the voice of Smurfette, Katy Perry, in her Rolling Stone shoot.
