Maggie Rizer Is Pregnant
Just days after hitting the CFDA Awards (June 6) in a slinky, blue strapless Nicole Miller cocktail dress that definitely didn't scream "baby bump," model/activist Maggie Rizer has announced that (surprise!) she and husband Alex Mehran are expecting their first child, a baby boy, People's Celebrity Baby Blog reports.
The freckled beauty, who wed Mehran last September, shared the thrilling news on her personal blog, Bea Makes Three, which refers to her three golden retrievers.
"Alex and I couldn’t possibly be more excited," says 33-year-old Rizer, who has modeled for the likes of Tommy Hilfiger and Louis Vuitton. "We will be welcoming a baby boy this November! Bea [the dog] is a little upset as she hoped to be gaining a little sister rather than another brother but … we told her to keep her paws up for the next time around.
"We’ve been having lots of fun these past few months getting ready for the new arrival and will be sure to let you know how things are with our ever-growing family."
