Estella Warren Arrested
A night out took a far from glamorous turn for model/actress Estella Warren.
The 32-year-old Canadian beauty—who has posed for the likes of Victoria's Secret, Cartier, UGG Australia, and Nine West—was arrested May 23 and now faces charges of driving under the influence, felony escape, hit and run, and assault, TMZ reports.
Los Angeles police charge that the Planet of the Apes star—who was on her best behavior at the May 19 "Beauty Culture" exhibit—crashed her Toyota Prius into three parked cars, then drove away from the scene.
When police stopped Warren to arrest her for DUI, she allegedly resisted and kicked an officer. Upon being taken to the police station for booking, she then allegedly managed to free herself from her handcuffs (eat your heart out, Houdini!) and ran out the back door before being recaptured.
"She was really hammered," a police source tells TMZ of Warren, who was a champion synchronized swimmer before turning to modeling.
The former Chanel No. 5 spokesmodel now faces a bail of $100,000. Perhaps Uncle Karl can help her out?
