Kate Moss Covers French Vogue’s May Issue
New French Vogue editor in chief Emmanuelle Alt is on a roll.
Following in the footsteps of Carine Roitfeld can’t be easy, but Alt’s taking it in her long-legged stride, putting not one but two supermodels on her first two covers.
Gisele Bündchen took the honors for Alt’s debut April 2011 issue, and now Vogue Paris’s Twitter feed has revealed May’s cover girl: Kate Moss, sporting a white-trimmed navy jacket and high-waist black pants—a relatively modest showing for the model, though that doesn’t stop five muscled arms from grabbing at her. (La Moss remains unfazed.)
Alt seems to be sticking with the model-heavy covers favored by her predecessor, Carine Roitfeld—plenty of fashion magazines have gone the way of the celeb—and we can’t wait to see who she comes up with next.
Dare we dream for Naomi?
