Naomi Campbell bares all on the cover of British GQ.

Naomi Campbell has nothing to hide, she says—and to prove it, the 40-year-old supermodel is posing in the buff for the March cover of British GQ.

Speaking of laying bare, the real estate shiller—who rocks a piecey cropped do for her racy skinny-dipping shoot—also opens up about the controversial war tribunal that had her testifying about receiving a blood diamond from former Liberian president Charles Taylor.

“I don’t read the papers," Campbell tells writer Tony Parsons. "I sell papers."

And with a photo like that, she's sure to sell a few magazines too.

Though the interview is still under wraps, the multitasking beauty also played reporter for the men's magazine, interviewing Russian prime minister Vladimir Putin (yes, really) on bare-knuckle fights, saving tigers, and sexy calendars.

While probing the world leader for his fitness tips, Campbell offered one of her own: "I don't work out as much as I should, but I do believe that it's a healthy mind as well as a healthy body that keeps me fit, sound and calm."

Ah. So that's her secret.
