Sienna Miller has been nominated for her first Golden Globe award for her character Tippi Hedren in HBO's The Girl.

Miller, who has been a fashion icon for decades, is finally getting the same recognition for her acting skills.

The 30-year-old has been named in the Best Actress in a Miniseries, up against four seasoned award-show vets; Julianne Moore, Nicole Kidman, Jessica Lange and Sigourney Weaver.
