Donald Trump Launches Second Fragrance, Success
Who wants to smell like The Donald?
Donald Trump is releasing his second fragrance, boldly named Success by Trump, Women’s Wear Daily reports. The scent, which comes eight years after his Donald Trump The Fragrance received a lukewarm response at retail, was created with The Five Star Fragrance Co., and will be sold exclusively at Macy’s.
The first time around, Trump said, “I wanted to do a fragrance for all of my clubs, all my buildings and all of my everything. And we still use it,” he told WWD. “This one [the second] is meant for that also, but it’s going to be a much more international fragrance. We’re going to go much bigger with it.”
So, what is the sweet smell of success? For Trump, it’s got top notes of juniper and iced red currant, hints of coriander, frozen ginger, bamboo leaves, geranium, vetiver, tonka bean, birch wood, and musk.

It’s a natural next step for Trump, who has put his name on everything from bottled water to reality shows to casinos.
“It’s funny, I’m the only one who will sell a $50 million apartment and also sell a tie,” he said. “The celebrity aspect of it certainly has helped my real estate a lot. I put the name Trump National on my golf clubs and they fill up. I put the name Trump on a building and I do great with it.”
It remains to be seen whether Success by Trump will have the same, well, success.
The scent collection includes a 1.7-ounce size, $45, a 3.5-ounce size, $55, an aftershave, $40, and a deodorant, $14, and will be available at Macy’s in the coming months.
