Kim Kardashian Spends $65,000 on Elizabeth Taylor Bracelets
Now that she's no longer wearing her $2 million Lorraine Schwartz engagement ring, Kim Kardashian is in need of some new bling.
Or, rather, she was. The reality star is now the proud owner of three jade and diamond bracelets once owned by that other oft-married ravishing brunette, Elizabeth Taylor.
Kardashian spent $64,900 on the bracelets, which, fittingly, were also designed by Lorraine Schwartz, during the record-breaking Christie's auction of the late actress' most iconic jewels, TMZ reports.
The current Glamour cover girl shares a connection with Taylor, whom she interviewed for Harper's Bazaar in early 2011.
She allegedly also believes that the jade "harnesses energy" that will bring her good luck.
Or, at least, a few more husbands?
Meanwhile, Kim's younger sisters Kendall and Kylie are launching a jewelry line of their own.
