Katie Holmes’ John Frieda Video
Chalk up yet another stylish gig for Katie Holmes.
After fronting Ann Taylor's Spring 2011 campaign, gracing a Philippine catalog, and teaming up with Valextra, the 32-year-old actress has scored a starring role in The Decision, a short film supporting John Frieda's new Precision Foam Colour line.
Set to début March 22, the video sees Holmes playing the character of American movie star Joan Hudson (sound familiar?), who swaps her salon colorist for at-home hair care courtesy of the new 20-shade range.
"There's always someone around me," Holmes says in a film noir–esque video teaser. "There's just one thing I'd like to do on my own."
Judging by the rich brunette waves the Holmes & Yang designer flaunts in the campaign, we think it's safe to say that the DIY route goes according to plan.
The film will go live on www.facebook.com/whatsinthebag following its New York City première. Dare we dream for a Suri cameo?
