The street style skill to master over the last several seasons has been, without a doubt, the art of the colorblock. At least two boldly contrasting shades were necessary—and the brighter, the better.
Fashion’s love affair with color may never wane, but this season, a single bright color is all you need to make a major impact.
From Stella McCartney to Comme de Garçons, designers took traditional skirt and pantsuits to a colorful new place, using a monochrome effect with shades of scarlet, aqua, cobalt blue and more.
