Perfect Pair: Helena Bonham Carter as Miss Havisham in ‘Great Expectations’

Helena Bonham Carter really has the market cornered on unhinged, cackling types, doesn't she?

The actress's soon-to-release gig is—appropriately—one part Bellatrix Lestrange, one part deranged Marc Jacobs model as the off-kilter spinster, Miss Havisham, in November's Great Expectations.

We have to admit: we're pretty partial to Gwyneth Paltrow and Ethan Hawke's contemporary take on the Dickens novel, but a predictably crazed HBC and some luscious costumes are making us reconsider.
