What do Jim Carrey, carnival games and leopard prints have in common? They were all out in full force at the Stella McCartney's resort presentation, held yesterday in the East Village.
Partygoers chowed down on very un-fashion entrees (corn on the cob, black bean burgers) and Hanneli Mustaparta tried her hand at the ol' strongman game (let's just say she's hiding a lot of power in those gams.) A white-suited Anne Hathaway mingled with a mostly-mommy crowd that included Solange Knowles, Amy Poehler, Graydon Carter, Emily Mortimer and their offspring. (Carrey's puzzling presence is still unexplained: maybe he'd been told there would be a flash mob?)

In true Stella fashion, the models (Ruby Aldridge and Lindsey Wixson among them) wandered through the party, dancing up a storm to the Soul Rebels Brass Band, blowing bubbles, and chatting with onlookers. They were sporting leopard-print suits, trousers in sherbety colors and fringed lace dresses in bright yellow. Accessories, including adorable sky-blue wedges and python bags, came unpretentiously arranged on benches alongside watering cans. Green thumb meets glamour? This is definitely a look we can get behind.
