The retailer is seeking more than $5 million from the Long Island-based Forsythe Cosmetic Group on claims of fraud, product liability, and breach of contract.

Set to hit stores on May 1, the French designers' collection will encompass footwear, handbags and accessories billed as "fresh and feminine."

Phyllon, the model's first child with husband Sunnery James, weighed in at 8 pounds when he has born January 21 in Amsterdam.

"Working for a long time on developing a signature scent and watching it finally come to life is so exciting," the model says.
