The Kardashians are seeing red over the use of their name to sell a lash-lengthening product.

Though shalt not take Kim Kardashian's name in vain?

The reality star and her sisters may soon be embroiled in another beauty-related legal battle after threatening to sue a woman who is allegedly using their name to sell her lash-lengthening product, TMZ reports.

Though Sarah Ehrlich tells TMZ that she didn't think the Glamour cover stars would mind having her lash-boosting KardashianLash formula named after them, as it will reportedly raise money to send Honduran orphans to cosmetology school.

Good intentions or no, Kim, Kourtney and Khloe are fighting Ehrlich's petition to file a trademark under the name on the grounds that it is a "rip-off" of their brand.

Ironically, the sisters themselves have been subject to accusations of knocking off designers and are notoriously protective of their brand.

Earlier this year Kim sued Old Navy for using a model who resembles her in a commercial spoofing the celebrity lifestyle.

So ... how soon before they trademark the letter K?
