White Hot! Emma Watson in Brood.

Fashion Week is a wrap, but the parties continue.

Last night, The Cinema Society partnered with Lancôme and Nylon for a screening of The Perks of Being a Wallflower, followed by an after-party sponsored by Vikingfjord Vodka, both at the Crosby Street Hotel in New York City.

Emma Watson and the rest of the cast, Logan Lerman, Ezra Miller, Johnny Simmons and Erin Wilhelmi, were joined by a host of fashion insiders and New York City names-about-town, including Michael Stipe, Ed Westwick, Natasha Bedingfield, Nicole Miller, Erin Fetherston, Debbie Bancroft and Amy Fine Collins.

In the film, Watson plays the free-spirited high-school senior that the main character Charlie, played by Logan Lerman, falls in love with. In terms of getting into character, Watson told FashionEtc, "I asked a lot of questions and talked a lot to Azria and Logan about their high school experiences. It was also amazing having the writer of the book direct the movie because if I ever needed help, he always had anecdotes for me."

In a washed silk organza halter blouse (revealing a touch of sexy side boob) and silk taffeta miniskirt (flaunting lots of leg), both from the Brood Fall 2012 collection, Watson looked every bit the opposite of an awkward high school wallflower.

We asked the style savvy star if there were any '90's trends she embraced while filming, since the movie is set in the 1990's.

"Ha, well a bit of neon is fun, but not much else. I did enjoy the little skirt I wore throughout the filming."

And her most un-wallflower beauty trick, "Always love a good red lip!"

The movie hits theaters today!
