Tory Burch's Battle With Chris Burch Continues

The ongoing legal battle between Tory Burch and her ex, Chris Burch, continues in full fiery force, with Tory's laundry list of accusations only getting longer.
According to Women's Wear Daily, the most recent action from Tory's lawyers has been to accuse Chris of purposefully withholding documents relevant to the case, which focuses on Chris copying Tory Burch products and store furnishings for his own recently-launched C. Wonder brand.
Tory is claiming that Chris and his lawyers are intentionally not releasing documents, including his travel calendar and dialogue between him and Tory Burch execs, that would prove while Chris claimed to be consulting for the Tory Burch brand, he was actually using the connections and resources to research his own retail venture, C. Wonder.
The fact that Chris received s solid $11 million sum over the years for his "false' consulting work, it's no wonder Tory isn't letting any shenanigans slip through the cracks in the court case.
