The fashion industry has been on the collab-happy train for a few years now, so it's about time JC Penney jumped on board.

The American retailer has announced it's first designer collaboration with London-based designer Duro Olowu.

Launching in stores in March 2013, the capsule collection will feature the designer's signature textiles and prints on everything from clothes to shoes and accessories as well as home goods, notebooks, and luggage.

"I treated it like a collection," Olowu said. "All the details you normally find on my clothing, you have here."

Indeed, the collection not only includes the eccentric and loud prints that have garnered Olowu's cult-like following, but the bags and accessories were designed with the help of his friends Iris Apfel and Bella Foster.

"This collection is for anyone, from 18-80. Everything has a flattering element, whether you mix prints or pull out one piece and keep it simple," Olowu added.

And in good ol' JC Penney fashion, the entire collection ranges between $10-$100. Now that's a designer bargain we can get into!
