Karlie Kloss and Jason Wu Team Up for AIDS Walk
Karlie Kloss and Jason Wu are a fairly unstoppable duo. They made a splash on this year’s Met Gala red carpet, but this weekend, they’re ditching the formalwear and taking a different sort of walk.
Kloss and Wu will walk in this year’s AIDS Walk New York, taking place this Sunday, May 20th. The pair are co-captains of the team Step Forward, made up of their friends and family (including Kloss’s mom, Tracy, Wu’s boyfriend and the CFO of his company, Gustavo Rangel, Vogue’s Valerie Boster, and Teen Vogue’s Jane Keltner de Valle), and they’re hoping to raise $50,000 in the process.
“I’m so excited to be participating in AIDS Walk New York, and to be teaming up with Jason and all of our friends for such an incredible cause,” said Kloss in a release.
