Charlize Theron on Motherhood and Relationships in InStyle
Though we can't say the same for her Evil Queen character in the upcoming Snow White and The Huntsman, Charlize Theron seems to have scored herself quite the fairy-tale ending with the adoption of her infant son Jackson.
In the June issue of InStyle, the leggy blonde—seen posing in a gorgeous bronze Salvatore Ferragamo bodysuit and matching skirt—opens up about the challenges of being a single mother.
“Motherhood was something I always knew I wanted to experience," says Theron, who also models a fringed Gucci dress for her shoot with lensman Michelangelo Di Battista.
"I can only hope to be 10 percent of the mom mine was to me. She encouraged me to be confident and enjoy life. That’s what I want for my son.”

Describing her idea of a "happily ever after" as "getting to do exactly what I want to do and not having to explain it to anyone,” the Oscar winner also reveals that she's not ruling out a search for Prince Charming down the road.
"I’m always open to a relationship, but I’m not putting those feelers out there now," she says. "I’m not unhappy with it, but I’m not like, Oh, this is so much better than when I was in a relationship.”
